Bottled inks
A promising picking of staining little wild berries : Canadian may-lily (
maianthemum canadense
).
The berries are kept frozen to be processed later on; the freezing also participate in the extraction of the pigments.

Damask rose (

) ink in progress. All along the process, samples are taken on strips of paper to keep track of the effect of each step on the colour.
